In addition to direct financial support, JPMorgan has also been active in encouraging employees to provide their personal time and talents for voluntary work. This year, our employees have taken part in many projects with underprivileged children. In March we sponsored an interactive language workshop, “Page to Stage”, for more than 500 students (including those from Po Leung Kuk) with a Shakespearean production company from the UK.
JPMorgan’s involvement with Po Leung Kuk highlights the firm’s commitment to building vibrant and successful communities. Across Asia, JPMorgan is contributing to projects that will bring long term benefits to the people of countries where the firm has been operating. Support for primary and secondary education is a principal focus, and we are actively expanding our involvement in these areas.
We look forward to a long relationship with the FCC as we build on our achievements at the Language Training Program at Po Leung Kuk.
